Well, my diet has started up again, and I'm pumped!
Despite me being a little sore from exercises, it's only because I haven't done much lately.
Right now my goal- Lose at least five pounds by Christmas. Will I succeed? No idea. Do I hope to succeed? Yes.
If anyone has suggestions and dieting tips, please, I really have an open ear for it.
My only issue with dieting is how far I go with it. Luckily this time I'm doing it healthy, not stupidly. I think. Whatever. Anyway, what I'm doing will go on for a couple weeks, if I see change, I'll continue it. If not, fuck the diet I like food.
